The Five Man Board provides services and program for Village residents and the greater tribal community. In addition to managing services such as sanitation and assistance, the board organizes community and cultural event at Wakon Iron Hall, Community Family Room, and the Pawhuska Dance Arbor. 

The Five Man Board is elected by the community, all residing within the Village. The Five Man Board is elected every two years and provides leadership in the implementation and maintenance of Pawhuska Indian Village actives. 

 

The Pawhuska Indian Village is governed by the Five Man Board stated by the 1963 constitution.  See the original constitution here.
